Bio

I have had a passion for health and fitness for most of my life, and being a physical education teacher has afforded me the opportunity to combine my love of children with my passion of fitness. I received my BS degree from West Texas A&M in Kinesiology, my teaching certification in Physical Education from the University of North Texas and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I was the physical education teacher at Bradfield Elementary for 11 years. I left Bradfield to become a stay at home mom in 2009 after the birth of my little boy, Bruce. On my down time, I enjoy doing various activities with my husband, Peter, and my son. A few of my hobbies are yoga, reading and traveling.
