Meet Mrs. Donham

Welcome to the wonderful world of First Grade! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. It is going to be a fun year filled with lots of learning and exciting new adventures.

As a Highland Park graduate myself, I am excited to begin my 10th year here at Armstrong Elementary School. I received my Master in Education with specialization in reading literacy last year. My husband Michael and I are proud parents of four amazing, busy boys. My 2 oldest sons graduated college and work here in Dallas. My next 2 are in college, one at Ole Miss and my youngest son graduated from HPHS and is headed to A&M.

I am honored to have been selected as a S.T.E.A.M teacher. I look forward to  providing highly engaging instruction that integrates multiple disciplines allowing my students to make connections in their learning and solve problems. 

When I am not teaching, I love to cook, travel to the beach and play with our adorable dog Bella.
