Construction has begun at Armstrong on an addition on the southeast corner of the building that will add 4 classrooms and consolidate office space and administrative functions. Construction will continue throughout the second semester.
During construction the main entrance of the school has been relocated to the southwest corner of the building at Cornell and St Johns, where all visitors will be asked to check in and where students can be dropped off and picked up during the day.
Also, due to construction, when students arrive at school in the morning before 7:50am, they will asked to wait in the cafeteria until the bell rings to go to class.
Interior renovations, including construction of flexible learning spaces, as well as new carpet and paint throughout the building, will begin in June 2018.
