Eagle Students Showcase Excellence at Annual Spelling Bee

Armstrong Elementary held its annual Spelling Bee on Friday, February 27, bringing together top student spellers from across third and fourth grade.

All third- and fourth-grade students first participated in classroom competitions, with the top three spellers from each class advancing to the school-wide event. After an intense 20 rounds of competition — reaching words from the eighth-grade spelling list — third-grader TP Pauly was crowned the winner of the 2026 Armstrong Spelling Bee.

Fourth-grader Mezu Ajulu earned second place, competing with impressive determination and perseverance throughout the competition.

The event highlighted not only academic excellence but also strong sportsmanship, as participants supported one another while fellow third- and fourth-grade students enthusiastically cheered on their classmates.

Congratulations to all Armstrong students who participated in this cherished annual tradition.
