About Me:

 

Welcome to the 2022-23 school year! This is my seventh year as the Armstrong art teacher. I love teaching art and I love Armstrong! Two of my favorite artists are Friedensreich Hundertwasser and Frida Kahlo. I got to visit the Hundertwasser museum in Vienna, Austria and It was amazing! I am still dreaming of visiting Frida Kahlo's Museum in Mexico City.

 

I live in East Dallas with my husband Matt, two kids, Penelope who is in 8th grade at the middle school, and Benjamin who is in 4th grade at MIS. I also have the sweetest rescue dog named Earl. When I can find the time, I create my own art. I paint and make jewelry.
