About Me:

 

Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! This is my 10th year as the Armstrong art teacher. I love teaching art and I love Armstrong! Two of my favorite artists are Friedensreich Hundertwasser and Frida Kahlo. I got to visit the Hundertwasser museum in Vienna, Austria and It was amazing! I am still dreaming of visiting Frida Kahlo's Museum in Mexico City.

 

I live in East Dallas with my husband Matt, two kids, Penelope who is in 11th grade, and Benjamin who is in 8th grade. I also have a dog named Earl and a cat named Al. When I can find the time, I create my own art. I paint and make jewelry.
