About Me

Hi, my name is Mercedes Trent. I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching and coaching. I am starting my first year at HPISD after working at Hebron High School in Carrolton, Texas. Along with teaching PE at Armstrong Elementary, I am also the Head Girls Golf Coach at Highland Park High School. I grew up in Colleyville, Texas, and I attended Dallas Baptist University for my undergraduate education. My husband Carter is from Little Rock, AR, and works in Finance. We have a Golden Retriever named Marshall.
