Welcome to TAG with Mrs. Lisle

      My name is Lara Lisle and this is my seventh year teaching at Armstrong!  I am so excited to be your child's TAG teacher again this year.  

     I went to Penn State University and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Elementary Education.  I earned my Master's Degree in Creative, Talented, and Gifted Education from Arkansas State University in 2019.  I grew up in Pennsylvania and spent my first three years teaching close to home.  I moved to Dallas in the summer of 2016 and have been at Armstrong ever since!  In my ten years of teaching, I have taught kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fourth grade, and talented and gifted! 

     I did not know Texas would be my forever home until I met my Texan husband.  We got married in January of 2020 and love living in the Park Cities.  When I am not teaching, I am making workout videos for my fitness business, EmbraceFit, cooking healthy meals, running or walking on the Katy Trail, doing anything out in the sunshine, and spending time with friends and family! 

     I look forward to working with your child this year and partnering with you to give your child the best opportunity to learn and grow!
